Delete My Data

Lightning Tracker does not create a standalone username/password account. The app may still process device-linked data such as push tokens, optional analytics identifiers, and subscription profile references.

How to request deletion

  1. Email lightning.tracker.ap@gmail.com from the address you want us to use for the request.
  2. Include your device model, approximate install date, platform (iOS or Android), and the country of your App Store or Google Play account if you purchased Premium.
  3. We will remove the cloud-side identifiers and confirm completion by email.

What happens after deletion

  • Push notifications for that device stop once the stored token is removed.
  • Optional analytics linked to that device is disabled and we erase identifiers we control.
  • Store purchase history remains governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies and cannot be deleted by us.

Faster local steps

  • Turn off analytics in the app under Settings → Privacy.
  • Uninstall the app to invalidate the current push token on the device.
  • Cancel subscriptions from the App Store or Google Play if you no longer want renewal billing.
